The End of an Era

After nearly three wonderful years, August marks the final month of Flowbox Yoga in our much-loved Tooting Bec studio.

What started as a small dream to build a welcoming community through movement has grown into something far greater than I could have imagined. Together we've shared hundreds of classes, countless laughs, deep breaths, moments of courage, and friendships that extend far beyond the mat.

While it's time to hand back the keys and close this chapter, it certainly isn't goodbye to Flowbox. Every ending creates space for a new beginning, and I'm excited to see where the journey leads next.

Throughout August, I'd love to welcome as many familiar (and new!) faces as possible to the studio for one last flow before we say farewell to this special space.

And don't worry—i'm not disappearing just yet! While the sunshine continues, Flowbox will still be hosting our much-loved rooftop Yoga and Pilates sessions in Waterloo, making the most of the final weeks of summer beneath the London skyline.

Thank you for being part of this journey. 

I can't wait to see you on the mat—whether it's in Tooting for one last class or up on the rooftop before autumn arrives.
